Your Arrival & Departure

All rates are quoted in Pound Sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. Rates are subject to review and change without notice. WiFi is included.

For Offers and Packages, rates may also include additional benefits or amenities as applicable to the deal. There is no cash alternative for the inclusions offered and, if not consumed/used during your stay, no allowance or refund is available.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more or 5 nights or more:  

For bookings made more than 30 nights ahead of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit at the time of booking, regardless of the rate/terms applicable to the booking made.  For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking. 

For such bookings, the deposit/full payment as applicable will be charged at the time of booking or shortly after.  Should we not be able to take payment on the credit card given, your booking may be cancelled without further notice.  Should you choose to cancel your booking at any time after payment has been taken, we reserve the right to retain the deposit/full payment as a cancellation fee.

Room/Suite Choice

Should you have any questions about the facilities in any of our rooms, please do make contact with us before you book to ensure we can meet your requirements. It is far easier for us to assist you ahead of booking or ahead of your arrival, as on busy days we may not be able to make adjustments to your booked room due to high occupancy at the hotel. In these instances, you will only have access to the room type booked.  

Please do note that bookings made on our Advance Saver, Offers or Packages rates are cannot be changed or cancelled when booked.

Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings made at our Best Available Rate may be cancelled or amended up to 2pm on the day before of arrival without charge. In the event of cancellation, please contact the Reservations team and ensure a cancellation number is obtained.

Cancellations received after 2pm on the day before arrival, or a failure to show, will result in a charge equal to the first nights’ stay including VAT; and will also result in the cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.

Amendments to the arrival date, departure date, or room type are subject to availability at the time of request and may incur a rate change.

Our Advance Saver rates and selected Offers and Packages require full prepayment at the time of booking and cannot be changed or cancelled once you’ve booked. The above-stated cancellation options therefore do not apply to bookings made on these discounted rates.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking either by credit card or approved company guarantee where credit is established. Bookings requested without a guarantee will not be held.  Where prepayment is required, payment must be given at the time of booking. 


My Brighton has a limited parking in its own private basement car park.  Parking can be requested at the time of booking online or alternatively please call the Guest Services team on +44 (0) 1273 900 300.   The car park is available from 2 pm on day of arrival until 12 pm on day of departure and prices start from  £21 per car per night.  Please note that parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis and space sadly cannot be guaranteed.  Should the car park be full when you arrive, alternative options nearby are available and the hotel team can provide details and directions.

For GPS or Google Maps please use 50.824432,-0.138896 to get to the hotel. Our postcode is correct but some GPS systems will take you to North Place which is behind the hotel and from which you cannot get to us.
